1. Eligibility for Refunds

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product for a full refund or replacement.
Incorrect Orders: If we ship the wrong item or your order is not fulfilled correctly, notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, if applicable.
Product Quality Issues: For issues regarding product quality, provide details and photographs within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

The following items are non-refundable:

Used Products: Refunds are not available for products that have been used, except in cases of quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customized Orders: Specially customized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.
